Enquiries and arrangements
This website lets you submit a catering enquiry. The specific arrangements for your gathering are set out in a separate proposal.
An enquiry is not an order
A submitted form, email or WhatsApp message does not reserve capacity. An order is final only after agreement on the details and written confirmation. This website offers no instant booking or online payment.
Menu and presentation
The menu ideas and serving suggestions shown are a starting point for discussion. Final dishes, ingredients, quantities, presentation and any substitutions are specified in the proposal or confirmed separately in writing.
Dietary requirements and allergens
Share relevant needs in good time. Feasibility is assessed for each dish and preparation environment. Vegetarian, vegan, halal or free-from claims apply only when expressly confirmed. Cross-contact is not ruled out without assessment.
Price, delivery and fulfilment
The proposal specifies the total price and treatment of VAT, delivery, packaging, any hire charges and service. It also identifies the business fulfilling the order and the business you are contracting with. A location or delivery time is only committed once confirmed.
Changes, payment and cancellation
Payment arrangements, amendment deadlines and cancellation terms are shared before confirmation. Contact us promptly about any changes. A different date, menu or guest count may affect the price and availability.
